Bhuiyan textile established in 1967 and Bhuiyan Fabrics Ltd is one of its concerns that is a knitting factory and established in the year 1999.

At the very beginning of this factory "Bhuiyan" a traditional cloth business family planned to establish a business in this knit sector by understanding the enormous demand of knit fabrics in Bangladesh and also other international market.

Since cloth is one of the prime necessities in the global world and after discussing, analyzing and scrutinizing long time on this sector, directors of BFL point out one sector in cloth business and this is Knit Garments.

From the very beginning to till date Bhuiyan fabrics ltd. trying to develop their lead time and minimize the cost & as well as introduce some new design ware.

Motto of our company is to export quality garment product & enhance the image of our country.

Our Product Range:

Our garment segment categories itself into many sub-segments. All types of knitwear i.e. T-Shirt, Polo shirt, Tank top, women’s dresses, men’s and kid’s wear, and also sportswear. It is well equipped with latest technology machines and skilled workers to manufacture and supply the knitted garments as per buyer requirements. The production process involves fabrication of yarn, dyeing of raw fabrics, compaction of fabric, and cutting, stitching, finishing and different types of garments testing.

We have been doing this business since 1999 with knitting. Gradually it is expanded and now it is a garments manufacturer having the followings:

Total Land area of Bhuiyan Fabrics Ltd. about 5 acre and total knitting area is about 5000 sft in ground floor and garment Place or floor area about 5500X3=16500  sft including office area.

We can export all kind of knit garments mainly T-shirt, Polo shirt, Tank top, Kids wear, School uniform, Knitted trousers, Sportswear etc.

We assure that we can provide our clients superior quality garments, timely shipment and very competitive price.

At present our per day production Basic t-shirt 8000 pcs and polo shirt 4000 pcs. and within Dec/07 our production will be per day basic T-shirt 14000 pcs. and Polo shirt 8000 pcs.

Customers have always been our topmost priority, we strongly believe that sales is not just a mere trade, rather it's an exchange of trust! We have the team of knit textile and garments experts, handling the garments business, enquiries and offer services for identifying the best products as per buyer's requirement from our own factory. We have highly professional relations with our regular suppliers and we make 100% pre-shipment inspection to get the satisfaction of our clients.

We have all kind of high quality machinery. We have also sources for any kind of fabrics from China, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, Hongkong. As part of our campaign to increase our client base in North America and EU countries, we are now in search of new business partners in these countries.

We give all facilities to our employee and worker such as good and healthy working environment, routine health checkup, day care facilities, weekly holidays and other yearly holidays, salary, wages, security as per labour, buyer and government rules. We try to avoid recruiting less than 18 years of age worker. We meet our delivery in time without pushing  extra pressure to our workers moreover we  pay them extra wages for maximum two hours overtime period in a day if it required.
