Work Plan

The organization first select the working areas conducts baseline surveys and identify the target beneficiaries after identification motivate and educate the targeted children on the goal and objectives of the organization and activities.

Education

Education is the first and foremost component of OCES , development intervention. so it makes aware of the peoples to be educated and demonstrate children education with awareness raising and technical education for unprivileged orphan children in the society.

Health & Hygiene

Health and hygiene is an organic programmed of the organization which was started in 2007. It makes aware the addicts and recoveries along with community people about prevention from HIV aids health maintaining their lives hygienically by meeting, workshop different training etc.

Handicap Orphan

For the handicap orphan we try to build up different types of education with technical and vocational training. Which provide them proper training both mental and physical support? For the handicap orphans the age groups are privileged up to the age of 20 years children's.

However, we are interested and pick up them through intensive training and other possible practical training and finally, we switch over them in the main stream of the society.

Group Match Making

We try to build up orphan children's basically in two groups. The number of total orphans children is targeted 50,000 to 75,000. The age groups are 07 to 12 years and 13 to 18 years. each group consist of 20 t0 25 children's.

Education Plan for Orphans

The education mainly started from class 1 to 7 , and again class 7 to 12 class( called as secondary school certificate), S.S.C. which is go through national education policy. This programmed complete at the age of 16. After 16 from all of the student we recommend 20% children or student will go for higher education.
The 80% children's are provided training in the different field of works. example :- Auto mobile , textile, etc. ( 2 years course).
